Policies

- This is not a quick-service salon. Appointments are scheduled for 2-4 hours and may end earlier or later depending on the complexity of the nails.

- If you have on any nail product from another nail tech/salon, you must book a removal with your intended service.

- If you rip off/chew off/forcefully remove any nail enhancements before your appointment, I will not be able to work on you. It causes too much damage and it is too dangerous to apply any product to overly damaged nails.
- This is a home-based salon where dogs and cats reside. While they will not be in the salon space during the appointment, this is probably not the space for you if you have any pet allergies.
- Nails are under a 5 day warranty and can be repaired free of charge. Damages after this period may required a repair fee.

- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- There are no cancellation or no-show fees, but multiple cancellations or 1(+) no-shows may result in a greater deposit being required when rebooking.
- I keep my prices as fair and transparent as possible. Before we begin your service, we will agree on a final price that will be due at the end of the service.
- Guests are allowed and encouraged! Just remember this is a home-based salon and I expect my space to be respected.
- I do not care if you vape, eat, talk on the phone, etc., just be respectful of my space and time.
- Although it is extremely unlikely I will have to, I do have the right to discontinue the service and ask you to leave at any point.
